About the artwork
Noche Botánica is an audiovisual work using computer-generated imagery, based on the cataloguing of endangered plant species. The research began at Quinta de los Molinos in Havana.
The piece invites contemplation of the beauty and fragility of the plant world and reflection on disappearance, conservation and coexistence. It received the 2023 BMW Digital Art Award.

Career and projects
Her career includes the 2023 BMW Digital Art Award, second prize in the 2024 ENAIRE Foundation Photography Awards and a 2025 Pollock-Krasner grant. She has presented her work at PHotoEspaña, Centre Pompidou Málaga, Matadero Madrid, LABoral and Bihar Museum. Her work is held in collections including CA2M, NEWART Foundation, ENAIRE Foundation, CSIC and BMW Ibérica.
